Owns a. Abdulnabi has more than 25 years of experience, including nearly 20 years at Bahrain Petroleum Company. He worked in the purchasing department at Bapco in various locations over the past 13 years. During his career in the purchasing department at Bapco, he acquired many skills and experiences. He has experience in the field of procurement and supply and in dealing with local and foreign suppliers, where he used this experience to achieve the best results in the purchasing process for sub-departments and end-users within his organization. During this period, he performed category analyses, internal expense and supplier portfolio analyses, external market and trend analyses, SWOT analysis, Porter's analysis, supplier segmentation, etc., in order to support the category leaders in developing the category plan and sourcing strategies for the assigned subcategory. I also evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO).
